About me

Vicky Walker Interior DesignerHello – I am Vicky Walker, owner of Boxhouse Interiors.  I enjoy nothing more than helping people transform their living space into somewhere they love spending time.
Raised in the Cotswolds, and a country girl at heart, not a day goes by that I don’t appreciate doing a job I love in a part of the UK that’s always felt like home.
I’m known for my friendly, down-to-earth approach, attention to detail and enthusiasm.  I’ve worked hard to build my business on word of mouth and recommendation.  My clients love the quality of my work and my approachable nature, and come back to me time and again.
From my very first  home visit, I guide you through the process, helping you choose colour schemes, fabric and designs, wallpaper, curtain poles and paint. I’ll provide the ideas and inspiration you need to help you make the best of your home.
Know what you want? That’s fine, too! Perhaps you need beautiful handmade curtains to transform a newly decorated living room, or maybe you’ve invested in a holiday let and want curtains, blinds and cushions throughout – whatever you need, I have the experience and skills you need to transform your living space.
Are qualifications as important to you as happy customers? I have a City & Guilds in both interior design and soft furnishings and an advanced certificate in business management.  I’ve studied at KLC School of Design in London, Bath’s Ivy House Design School and Cambridge Fine Furnishings.
